User Consent

By accessing the website https:// alphavoyages.gr/, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This includes our Privacy Policy and the relevant Terms of Service, which can be found at https://alphavoyages.gr/privacy-policy/. By accessing the website, you explicitly consent to the processing of your Personal Data and Anonymous Information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that your personal information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

We collect both personal and non-identifiable information that you voluntarily submit to us when visiting the webpage https://alphavoyages.gr/. This information is collected during the order creation process, such as your name, surname, and email address. Additionally, if you contact us via email or the “Contact Us” form on the webpage, we will collect your email address, the content of your email, and any attachments you provide. When you participate in competitions, lotteries, or other activities offered by us, we may collect information related to these activities, including your personal information for communication purposes. If you choose to subscribe to receive information about products or services that may interest you, we will collect your email address and other relevant information.

We may also receive information, including Personal Data, from other sources such as registered partners or third-party companies. We may associate this information with the personal information we have collected from you, always adhering to their respective privacy policies.

If you provide us with feedback, we may use and disclose your comments for any purpose, as long as they are not associated with your personal information. We will treat any personal information contained in your feedback in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The AlphaVoyages platform facilitates the arrangement of transportation services between travelers (“riders”) and drivers traveling to or through specific destinations. These services are collectively referred to as “Services.” This agreement governs your use of and participation in the AlphaVoyages platform.

This agreement applies to your use of the AlphaVoyages Platform or the New User Services and any subsequent amendments made to this agreement. You have the right to terminate your participation in the Services at any time by providing written or electronic notice to us. We also reserve the right to terminate your participation in the AlphaVoyages Platform and remove your information without explanation or justification. In the event of termination, we will delete your information from our servers, although we may retain archived copies as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We reserve the sole discretion to exclude your future use of the Services. This agreement will remain in effect even after your participation in the Hellenic Transfers platform ends.

As a driver using the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

  • You are at least 20 years old.
  • You possess a valid driver’s license and all necessary permits, approvals, and authorizations to operate a vehicle and provide transportation services in all applicable jurisdictions.
  • You own or have legal rights to operate the vehicle used for providing transportation services, and it is in good working condition and meets industry safety standards and all legal requirements.
  • You have a valid liability insurance policy that covers any foreseeable losses associated with providing transportation services.
  • You are solely responsible for any liability arising from the operation of the vehicle, including personal injuries, death, and property damage.
  • In the event of a motor vehicle accident, you will comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate with your insurance provider.
  • You will only accept passengers using the vehicle specified in the agreement.
  • You will not discriminate or incite discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, or sexual orientation.


When booking your transfer, it is important to declare the accurate amount of baggage you will be carrying. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate car type based on the number of passengers and registered luggage. Please note that the price and assigned car type are subject to the declared baggage. If you arrive with more luggage than stated in your reservation and it does not fit in the car’s trunk, our driver will either call for another car or charge you for the extra luggage. Each extra piece of luggage incurs a fee of 5€.

If you arrive with more luggage than declared, the driver will inform us before the start of your transfer. In such cases, we will recalculate the price accordingly. If you agree to pay the additional charges, the driver will transport you and your luggage. Otherwise, the driver will assist you in finding an additional vehicle to accommodate the number of passengers and luggage specified in the reservation.

For transport services, a piece of luggage is defined as a standard-sized suitcase measuring 48cm x 32cm x 18cm or hand luggage with a combined maximum size of 67cm (height) x 45cm (width) x 25cm (depth). Baggage includes any items that need to be transported and must be specified during the booking process. If your suitcase exceeds the mentioned dimensions, you must declare it as two pieces of luggage. Smaller items that fit at the passenger’s foot, such as a camera case or a small shoulder bag, do not need to be reported. Any special equipment, such as oversized ski or musical instruments, must be declared as luggage in the booking notes.

The transportation of your luggage and other items is at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend obtaining private insurance to cover any potential loss or damage. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you will not include in your luggage or transfer any items that violate the laws of the country where the transportation takes place, pose harm to others, or exceed size, weight, or vulnerability limitations. Animals, except for dog guides or helper dogs, are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: Large-sized luggage is not permitted in the car cabin.

Transfer Ride Reservation Policy

The confirmation email you receive after completing a transfer reservation contains all the information provided during the booking process. Once the contract becomes legally binding, you have 48 hours to notify our Customer Service Center of any errors or discrepancies. We will not confirm reservations with incomplete information, such as missing phone numbers or email addresses.

The prices for transfer services include tolls, fuel, and all applicable taxes. However, they do not cover food, beverages, museum tickets, or archaeological site admissions.

A deposit receipt via email is required for all transfer services.

Cancellation or changes to transfer services are free of charge if you provide notice at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel or change your transfer, please contact us by phone at +30 6971 762 721  or by email at [email protected]. Changes will take effect upon confirmation by a customer support representative. Failure to provide timely notice or a no-show at the pickup location without prior notification will result in the prepaid amount being treated as a contractual penalty to compensate AlphaVoyages for the incurred damages.

Refund prices are valid for bookings made within 40 days of the initial booking.

Any requested changes to the receipt, pickup time, or baggage allowances may result in additional charges based on the destination city. Our Customer Support Team will inform you of these changes and arrange for any necessary additional payments. Failure to respond or make the required payment may result in the cancellation of your transfer service.

Please note that your booking is confirmed only if you receive a second confirmation email from us, which will include specific instructions. If you do not receive the second confirmation email
